Honey Mustard

3 tb Mustard powder
1 1/2 tb Whole-grain mustard
1 ts Cardamom; ground
1 ts Fresh mint leaves; chopped
1/4 c Cider vinegar
1/4 cn Light olive oil
2 tb Honey
3 ts Scotch whisky
2 tb All-purpose flour


In the work bowl of a food processor or blender combine the mustards, cardamom and mint. Process 30 seconds. Add the vinegar, oil, honey and whisky. Process 30 seconds. Add the flour. Process 30 seconds. Spoon into a sterilized container and seal. Refrigerate 1 week.
