Avocado Dip

1 lg Ripe avocado
The juice of half a lemon
75 g Unflavoured fromage frais
1 Clove garlic; peeled and chopped
3 tb Fresh coriander leaves
1 Green chilli; chopped
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Ground cumin


Cut the avocado lengthways into two and remove the stone. Scoop out the flesh. Put the avocado flesh and the remaining ingredients, except cumin, in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle the cumin on top.
