Mayonnaise

1 Egg, room temperature
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Dry mustard
2 tb Lemon juice
1 c Olive oil


Combine egg, salt, lemon juice, mustard and 1/4 cup oil in a blender. Cover and blend at a high speed until the ingredients are blended. Then, without stopping the blender, slowly add the rest of the oil in a steady stream.
