Old Fashioned Chicken Salad

1 pk Boneless chicken tenders
1/2 c Chopped onion
1 Rib celery; chopped
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1 tb Orange juice
1/4 ts Ground ginger
1/4 ts Salt


Cut boneless tenders into thirds; place in a 2-quart microwave safe bowl.

Cover and cook on High 3 - 4 minutes, stirring often.

Drain off excess liquid.

Stir in onions, celery, mayonnaise, orange juice, ginger and salt; toss to mix.

Spoon onto lettuce-lined platter.
