Baked Ice Cream

1 pkg. Aztec form salad shells (bake and fill)
1 pt. (favorite) ice cream; vanilla is example
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
Hot fudge

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Let shells stand for 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature. Remove ice cream and cut into 4 equal circles. Place in shell and make sure ice cream is totally enclosed. Smooth side up on cookie sheet. Sprinkle on spices. Bake 3 minutes or until the crust turns golden in color. Remove shells and place on dishes. Let them stand for 2 minutes. (Shell becomes crisp).
