Low Fat Blue Cheese Dressing

1 c Fat-free cottage cheese; (8 oz.)
1 c Nonfat plain yogurt; (8 oz.)
2 tb Chopped onion
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 tb Crumbed blue cheese


In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, yogurt, onion and garlic. Process until smooth. Stir in blue cheese. Stor, covered in refrigerator. Yield; 1 3/4 cups.
