Banana Ice Cream

2 Eggs
1 1/2 c Powdered sugar
1/8 ts Salt
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1 1/2 c Milk
1/8 ts Powdered gelatin
2 tb Cold water
1 c Banana pulp
1 tb Lemon juice
2 c Whipping cream

Beat eggs and sugar until light; add salt, nutmeg, milk, and gelatin which has been softened in the cold water and dissolved over a pan of water. Crush bananas with a fork to a fine pulp, stir in lemon juice, add to mixture. Fold in lightly whipped cream. Chill 20 minutes and churn according to directions.
