Blueberry Ice Cream

2 c. fresh blueberries
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. half & half
1 can condensed milk
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 qt. milk


Crush berries and combine with sugar. Cook until sugar is melted. Add eggs and cook 3 minutes. Add salt and allow to cool. Add the different milks and mix thoroughly and freeze in 2 quart hand freezer.
