German Pancake

1/2 c Flour
1/2 c Milk
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 Pinch nutmeg

Mix ingredients together until smooth. Melt 4 Tbsp butter in a 9-1/2 inch pie pan (glass works best). Add mixture to pan and bake at 425 degress in a preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Squeese lemon juice generously over the pancake and then sprinkle powdered sugar over it. Cut into quarters and serve hot. Also good with fresh or canned fruit spooned over the pancake. Enjoy.
