Banana Ice Cream

3 md Very ripe bananas
1/4 c Grape Nuts
Any flavor preserves, no sugar added

Peel banana and freeze, wrapped in plastic, 24 hours. Remove, break into thirds and thaw 5-10 minutes. Process in food processor until very smooth and creamy, about 5 minutes. Serve topped with 1/4 teaspoon preserves and sprinkled with Grape Nuts.
