1/2 pt Mayonnaise
1 ts Onion juice
3 tb Ketchup
1 tb Curry powder
1 tb Worcestershire
1 pn Cloves
1 Clove garlic; minced
Salt & pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
Hollow out center of a well-shaped red cabbage. Gently spread outer
leaves (it should resemble a giant rose). Fill cavity with dip and
surround with arrangements of raw vegetables.
