Cantina Laredo Salsa
1 ea Medium white onion;chopped
2 ea Small ripe avocados;chopped
1 ea Large tomato;chopped
1 ea Clove garlic;minced
1/4 c Cilantro;chopped fine
1 ea De-seeded jalapeno (opt.)
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
