1 1/2 c All-purpose flour
3/4 c Sugar
2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/3 c Butter Buds
1/3 c Skim milk
1/4 c Egg beaters 99% egg substitute
1/4 c Water
Combine dry ingredients. Stir in liquid Butter Buds with fork until
moistened and it resembles coarse crumbs. Add skim milk, water and Egg
Beaters, mixing until dry ingredients are moistened. Drop by cup
fulls over hot filling.
