Easy Apple Crumble
1/4 lb. margarine
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 sm. can pie apples (or any fruit)
Cream margarine and sugar, add 1 egg, unbeaten. Mix well. Add flour and baking powder. Mix well (should be sort of crumbly, add a little more flour if needed). Place 1/2 mixture on bottom of pie plate. Place fruit on top. Then place rest of mixture over top of fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for half an hour.
