Apricot And Orange Jam

8 cups apricots,peeled
4 cups sugar
2 packages orange Jello gelatin (85g)

Grind apricots in a blender to a fine consistency. In a large pot, cook the apricots and sugar for 20 minutes, stirring. Remove from heat and add gelatin; stir well to dissolve. Pour into sterile jars. Cover at once with tight lids to seal. Let set in a cool place.
