Herbed Rice Mix

1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon dried parsley
3 cups long-grain white rice


In a bowl combine all ingredients, pour into jar.

On card add directions and tie to jar with ribbon.

Directions:

For 4 servings, combine 2 1/2 cups of water and 1 cup of rice mix in a medium saucepan and bring them to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes. Fluff the rice with a fork.
