Easy Baked Scallops

1 lb. Sea Scallops
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
Lemon juice to taste

Rinse Scallops and put in round cake pan. Crush Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top. Melt butter and pour over crackers and Scallops. Bake for 25 minutes at 300 degrees F .
