Easy Aspic Salad

1 small package lemon Jello
1 cup hot water
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 to 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can Shrimp, drain and put in ice water for 20 minutes, drain

Dissolve Jello in hot water; add tomato sauce and lemon juice. Mix and chill until beginning to thicken. Add celery and Shrimp. Chill until set.

Makes 6 servings
