Curry Oil

1/4 c Curry powder
Water to make a runny paste
1 pn Salt
1 c Canola oil


Make a paste with the curry powder, water and a pinch of salt. Slowly add the oil. Let stand for 1 hour to settle. Use the top portion of yellow oil for garnish.
