Curry Paste for Meat

1 tb Freshly Ground Nutmeg
1/2 ts Ground Cloves
1 ts Mace
10 Cardamom Pods ( Remove Seeds To Grind) OR 1 ts Cardamom Powder
1/4 ts Cayenne Pepper
2 tb Ground Coriander
1/2 ts Ground Caraway Seeds
1 1/2 ts Paprika
2 tb Anchovy Paste
2 ts Vinegar


Combine all of the dry ingredients. Add the anchovy paste and vinegar, blend well. Keep in an airtight jar.
