Balsamic Dressing

1 c Balsamic vinegar
3 c Pure olive oil
1 c Extra virgin olive oil
3/4 c Basil leaves; minced
1/2 c Oregano; minced
1/2 c Sage; minced
1/2 c Italian flat-leaf parsley; minced
1/4 c Garlic; pureed


Combine all & mix well.

Season with salt & pepper to taste, let marinate for 24 hours in ice box.

Stir very well each time before using.

Excellent on baby greens!!

NOTES : Yields - 1 quart
