Low Fat Italian Dressing
5 tb Apple juice concentrate; thawed
1/4 c Cider vinegar
1/4 c Lemon juice
1 Garlic clove; mince
1/2 ts Onion powder
1/2 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Mustard
1/2 ts Oregano
1/4 ts Basil
1/8 ts Thyme
1/8 ts Rosemary; crush
NOTO BENE: All listed herbs are dried. If you have a spice mill,
combine all and grind.
In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, mix all ingredients. Chill several
hours or overnight. Shake well before serving.
