Basic Breakfast Bread Mix
6 c All-purpose flour
1 c Instant nonfat dry milk
1/4 c Baking powder
2 ts Salt
1/2 c Sugar
3/4 c Shortening
Combine first 5 ingredients. Cut in the shortening until thoroughly mixed. Place in an airtight container, and store in a cool, dry place; it will keep for 6 to 8 weeks. Yield: 8 1/2 cups
