10 lg. firm McIntosh apples
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 (6 oz.) cans water
Wash, core, and slice apples. Put in large pot with orange juice, sugar, cinnamon, and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until apples are tender. Pour through strainer into a bowl and chill.
