Artichoke Dip

1 c Mayonnaise
8 oz Cheddar cheese; shredded
8 oz Mozzarella cheese; shredded
4 oz Mushrooms; sliced
14 oz Artichoke hearts; chopped
1 ts Garlic powder
1/2 c Parmesan cheese; grated


Mix together all ingredients, except 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Spread in a 8x11-inch cake pan. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes. Serve it with Ritz crackers.

Variation: Spread on bagel halves and broil until bubbly and golden.
