8 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1 tb Baking powder
1 tb Salt
2 ts Cream of tartar
1 ts Baking soda
1 1/2 c Instant nonfat dry milk
2 1/4 c Vegetable shortening; ( 1 box)
Whisk dry ingredients together. Cut in shortening with a pastry
blender until evenly distributed. I put it in a plastic container and
keep it handy in the kitchen. Makes about 13 cups.
