3/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Caribbean Jerk Seasoning
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper -- coarse ground
1/2 tbsp Red Pepper -- crushed
Mix all ingredients together. Marinate your strips of beef in this sauce for
12 to 24 hours in the fridge and then dehydrate.
