Apple Butter

10 c Apples, blended
1/2 ts Cinnamon oil
5 c Sugar
1/4 ts Cloves, optional

Peel about 1/2 grocery bag of apples; core and cut into slices. Place apples in large pan and cover. Steam until tender and hot. Do not add water. Puree in a blender to make applesauce. Measure out 10 cups of apples and add other ingredients to slow cooker. Cook 12 hours on low, then 2 hours on high without the lid on. Stir occasionally and cook until thick. Ladle into hot sterile jars, seal and process.
